New Delhi, April 3: Delhi Chief Minister and Aam Aadmi Party convener Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday announced that free water and subsidised electricity would be provided to the Delhi tenants only if AAP comes to power in the upcoming MCD Elections 2017. Announcing it on social media giant Twitter, Kejriwal wrote, "Those staying in rented houses don’t get benefit of low water and electricity tariff. After municipal elections, we will make sure even they receive the benefit." The MCD elections will be held on April 23 and the verdict will be out on April 26.
