‘She Can Drive’ initiative was started by Sneha in 2012, with a view to address prevailing problems faced by women while learning under male teachers/drivers. Sneha has trained nearly 400 women to drive. With her venture, Kamat makes sure that women drivers are imbued with a sense of confidence which ultimately leads to them becoming better drivers. Sneha strongly believes in- Give women the confidence and they will do wonders!
She was honored with INDIAN WOMEN ACHIEVERS AWARD by the President of India on January 20, 2018 at New Delhi.
