Indian First Ladies-Diana Edulji– First ODI captain of the first-ever Indian Women’s Cricket Team

She was drawn to sports at an early age. Diana FramEdulji has represented India from 1975 to 1995. She holds the record for delivering the most number of balls by any woman cricketer in Women’s test history (5098+). She has captained India for the World Cup in 1978 and 1993. She was conferred Arjuna Award in 1983 and Padma Shri in 2002.

She was honored with INDIAN WOMEN ACHIEVERS AWARD by the President of India on January 20, 2018 at New Delhi.
