Class 10 Boy’s Gift For Friends on FriendShip Day- 46 Lakh Rs Earned by his Father

Trust me, You will really wish you had a friend like this and you would want to celebrate every friendship day with him. But your happiness would be short-lived. This class 10 boy in Madhya Pradesh distributed ?46 lakh of his father’s money among his friends in school, on the occasion of Friendship Day. He reportedly gave ?15 lakh to a daily wage earner’s son and ?3 lakh to a friend who finished his homework. The police has so far recovered ?15 lakh from students who received the money.

The father who was a builder by profession had kept the amount in his cupboard after he sold a property worth Rs 60 Lakh.¬†Later, when he found the amount missing, he took up the matter with the police. When the cops arrived at the spot, it did not appear to be a case of theft. In fact, it was later revealed that the builder’s son had withdrawn cash from the vault and distributed the same amongst his friends and other fellow mates in need.

As per NBT, the kid distributed the money as a present to all his classmates and some other schoolmates as well as his friends at his coaching institute. Not just money, he also went on to buy 35 smartphones and a silver chain for some of his friends.

“The boy’s father has given us a list of students and we are trying to contact all of them. Parents of five students, who got the biggest shares, were summoned by the police and were told to return the money within five days. No case has been registered so far as all those involved are minors,” SI B S Tomar said.
