टीवी कलाकार बनाने का झांसा देकर नाबालिग छात्रा से रेप

सम्भल| सम्भल जिले के बहजोई क्षेत्र के एक युवक को 15 वर्षीय एक लड़की को टीवी धारावाहिक में काम दिलाने के बहाने दिल्ली ले जाकर उससे बलात्कार करने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार किया गया है. पुलिस सूत्रों ने आज यहां बताया कि बहजोई थाना क्षेत्र की निवासी 15 वर्षीय छात्रा ने आरोप लगाया है कि ब्रह्म बाजार में उसे नृत्य सिखाने वाला आजाद हुसैन नामक युवक उसे मुम्बई में टीवी धारावाहिकों में काम दिलाने के बहाने गत 23 दिसम्बर को अपने साथ ले गया था.

पीड़िता ने कहा कि उसे मुंबई ले जाने के बजाय दिल्ली ले जाया गया, जहां आरोपी ने उसके साथ कथित तौर पर बलात्कार किया. लड़की के परिजन का आरोप है कि आजाद हुसैन ने लड़की से मेलजोल बढ़ाया. इससे पहले भी वह लड़की को देहरादून लेकर गया था जहां उसने नृत्य प्रतियोगिता में पुरस्कार भी जीता था, जिससे घर के लोग उस पर भरोसा करने लगे थे.

सूत्रों के अनुसार आजाद टीवी कलाकार बनाने के बहाने पीड़िता को 23 दिसम्बर को अपने साथ ले गया था, लेकिन जब उसका कोई पता नहीं चला तो उसके खिलाफ अपहरण का मुकदमा दर्ज कराया. अपर पुलिस अधीक्षक पंकज पाण्डेय ने बताया कि पुलिस ने कल छात्रा को दिल्ली में बरामद कर आरोपी आजाद हुसैन को गिरफ्तार कर लिया.

लड़की की चिकित्सकीय जांच और बयान के आधार पर आजाद के खिलाफ नाबालिक लड़की से बलात्कार करने के लिये पॉक्सो की संबंधित धाराओं और आधार कार्ड में फेरबदल करने के लिये आईपीसी की संबंधित धाराओं के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है. इस बीच, हिन्दूवादी संगठनों ने इसे ‘लव जिहाद’ का मामला बताते हुए कड़ी कार्रवाई की मांग की है.

हिन्दू जागरण मंच के प्रांत संयोजक कपिल दीवाना ने कहा कि यह सीधे तौर पर लव जिहाद का मामला है. जिला प्रशासन ऐसे लोगों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई करे, जिससे लव जिहाद पर रोक लग सके.

New Year’s Eve: Delhi Police Issues Traffic Advisory For Public, Private Vehicles

New Delhi, Dec 31: The Delhi Traffic Police has made various arrangements on routes across the city, with a special focus in and around Connaught Place, to provide a hassle-free experience to commuters on New Year’s eve.

An official release issued by the Delhi Traffic Police said that all private and public transport vehicles shall be restricted from 8.30 pm onwards at Connaught Place in central Delhi till the celebrations end. “Vehicular traffic in the inner, middle or outer circle area of Connaught Place will be restricted,” it added.

Vehicles will not be allowed to proceed towards Connaught Place beyond R/A Mandi House, R/A Bengali Market, North foot of Ranjit Singh Flyover, Minto Road Deen Dayal Upadhaya Marg crossing, Chelmsford Road near Munje Chowk (New Delhi Railway Station), RK Ashram Marg-Chitragupta Marg Crossing, R/A Gole Market, R/A GPO, Patel Chowk, Kasturba Gandhi Road -Ferozshah Road Crossing, Jai Singh Road-Bangla Sahib Lane, R/A Windsor Place, the release said. However, vehicles with labels issued by Delhi Traffic Police and emergency vehicles will be allowed to pass through.

“A special drive against drunken driving, jumping signals and dangerous driving will be undertaken by the traffic police,” it said.

Other areas where special arrangements have been made include – Saket, M-Block Market Greater Kailash, Chirag Delhi, New Friends Colony, Defence Colony, South-Extn, Mehrauli, Aya Nagar Border, Khan Pur, Nehru Place near Eros Hotel, Govind Puri Metro Station, Vasant Vihar, Vasant Kunj, Kapashera, Dwarka, Rajouri Garden, Netaji Subash Place, Rohini, Pitampura, Ashok Vihar, G T Karnal Road, Karkardooma, Laxmi Nagar, Preet Vihar, Mayur Vihar Ph-I and II.

In His Last Mann Ki Baat Address of 2017, PM Modi Pitches For New India, Speaks About Cleanliness

New Delhi, Dec 31:  Prime Minister Narendra Modi proposed to organise a mock parliament in every district of India, while addressing his last Mann Ki Baat address of year 2017 on Sunday. “Just now, while talking to you I got an idea whether we could organize a mock parliament in every district of India? I propose it should be around August 15,” he said.

Bidding adieu to 2017 and welcoming New Year 2018, he asked the youth of the nation to come forward and contribute in making of a New India which will be free from poison of casteism, communalism, terrorism and corruption.

Taking his address further, he announced a cleanliness survey from January 4 to March 10. “A cleanliness survey will be conducted from 4th of January to 10th of March, 2018 to evaluate achievements in cleanliness level in our urban areas,” he said.

Here are the highlights of his Mann Ki Baat Address:

  • Prime Minister Narendra Modi urged the youth of the nation to contribute in the making of a New India. He said, “People born in 21st century will gradually begin to become eligible voters from 1st of January, 2018. Indian Democracy welcomes these new voters. My New India Youth should come forward and deliberate on how this New India would be formed. New India will be free from poison of casteism, communalism, terrorism and corruption; free from dirt & poverty.”
  • He also proposed to organise a mock parliament in every district of India, while addressing his last Mann Ki Baat address of year 2017 on Sunday. “Just now, while talking to you I got an idea whether we could organize a mock parliament in every district of India? I propose it should be around August 15,” he said.
  • Pitching for the Swacch Bharat Abhiyan, he said a cleanliness survey will be conducted from 4th of January to 10th of March, 2018 to evaluate achievements in cleanliness level in our urban areas.
  • Modi also spoke about Anjum Bashir Khan Khattak, who extricated from sting of terrorism and hatred and topped in Kashmir Administrative Examination. “Today he is an inspiration not only for J&K but India,” he said.
  • Speaking about the change in the Haj rules, he said, “It had come to our notice that if a Muslim woman wants to go on Haj, she must have a ‘Mehram’ or a male guardian, otherwise she cannot travel, it was discriminatory, we have changed this rule and this year around 1300 women applied to go without a male guardian.”
  • Adding more, he spoke about the enthusiasm of the daughter of Jammu and Kashmir. “Just last week, I had a chance of meeting some daughters of Jammu & Kashmir. I was amazed at spirit that they had, the enthusiasm that was there in their hearts and dreams they nurtured.” he said.
  • The Prime Minister also informed that Republic Day 2018 will be celebrated with leaders of all 10 ASEAN countries coming to India as Chief Guests.
