#Jio Users to Get Free 4G Services for 1 month? Details Here

Reliance Jio, the high-flying LTE-only network operator in India, has silently made a change to the Summer Surprise offer. The company has silently extended the validity of the Summer Surprise offer for one more month, as they promised at the time of announcing the plan.

For the unaware, Reliance Jio announced the Summer Surprise offer back on March 31, 2017, but pulled back the offer due to the violation of TRAI’s terms and conditions. And in the second week of April, the company announced the Jio Dhan Dhana Dhan offer, saying that the users who have already recharged with Summer Surprise offer will get one more month of free benefits.

That said, users will get a total of four months of free 4G services, who have recharged with Rs. 303 Summer Surprise Plan. The new comer has changed the validity for all the subscribers.

You can check the validity extension under the MyJio application. For example, under MyJio application’s dashboard, you can notice that the expiry of the Summer Surprise offer for at least 25 days.

Under the new Jio Dhan Dhana Dhan plan, Jio offered the same perks of Summer Surprise offer. For example, in the new scheme, Jio offered 1GB of data per day for 84 days at just Rs. 309 and 2GB of data per day at just Rs. 509. However, you need to be a JioPrime member to get the benefits at the aforementioned price.

Recently, Jio has updated the plans because the Dhan Dhana Dhan offer is valid for just 84 days, and they introduced two new plans of Rs. 349 and Rs. 399 recently. The company has unveiled a new Rs. 399 scheme for JioPrime customers, which offers 1GB data per day for 84 days (same as what the Rs. 309 plan is currently offering). Secondly, the company announced a new Rs. 349 plan which gives 20GB data for 56 days and it won’t offer daily data.

And the operator also revised the Rs. 309 and Rs. 509 plans. Coming to the revised Rs. 309 and Rs. 509 plans, they were all set to offer 1GB data per day and 2GB data per day for 28 days from July 15. However, after the revision, they will offer the same benefits for 56 days. That said, only the validity has changed and nothing else.

5 daily habits to stop back pain

5 daily habits to stop back pain. Although determining the cause of back pain can be complicated, there are many different actions you can take to help alleviate your back pain or prevent it from getting worse. It’s all about relieving pressure, reducing strain, protecting your spine, and strengthening your muscles. Changing a few daily habits can help you maintain a healthy, pain-free back for a long time.

1.Stop smoking: It is widely known that cigarette smoking can bring about back pains. Smoking could give the body strain and would make you weak. Nicotine takes away normal blood flow going to the spine and this would make a good number of reasons for you to feel back pains. Once having a weak back, a person is more likely to experience strains.

2.Straighten up: Good posture isn’t just a way to look more proper. It protects the intricate pieces of your spine to keep them healthy and functioning properly. Bad posture puts strain and stress on your back and can change the architecture of your spine. Avoid rounding your shoulders, slouching, or bending sideways when standing.

3. Don’t slump over your desk: When sitting in an office chair, use the same good posture techniques you use when standing. It’s critical to keep good posture and support your back when sitting down, especially if you do it for several hours per day. Choose a quality chair that provides firm support for your lower back, and make sure your knees are a little higher than your hips when you sit.

4. Relieve pressure: By easing our minds from the pain that we feel is one thing to consider. Having a diversion from the pain that is felt can drive us to continue on what we normally do in a day. Once in pain, keep the legs elevated using a pillow or try putting up the legs onto the wall as you lie down; this could ease the pressure from the spine.

5. Reduce strain: Wear a good pair of shoes as pain felt on the toes or feet may be caused by using the wrong kind of footwear. Wear socks if needed to ease the muscles on the feet; the spine suffers most of the strain caused by trying on wrong footwear.
